We have sourced the Pinot Gris and Riesling from Mount Barker and the Gewurztraminer from the Frankland River region in the Great Southern

Made from our sheep milk whey. Best served on the rocks with chilled apple juice to create the drink I call Apple Crumble. The liqueur acts as the custard and the juice as the apple pie. Our liqueur has also been used in restaurants as a base for Creme Brulee and Panna Cotta. Also great used as a custard over fruit salad
